Research on information synergetic platform construction and agile supply chain of discrete manufacturing enterprise

Information synergy is the linchpin of agile supply chain for the discrete manufacturing industry. This paper discussed the synergy of the Agents in supply chain and the strategies that how to improve supply chain agility. A multi-Agent discrete manufacturing-oriented information synergetic supply chain model (ISSCM) is proposed. And this model is applied to design and realize of information synergetic supply chain platform (ISSCP). With a practical example, simulated the ISSCM using Swarm techology, and formulated the construction process and functions of the ISSCP based on ISSCM, which deduced the using value of the model to improve the agility of supply chain.
