  • Abstract
Ce0.8Sr0.2Cr0.5V0.5O3-¿(CSCV) material was synthesized by gel combustion method. Performances of prepared material were characterized using TG-DTA, XRD methods. The conductivity of catalyst was measured with DC four probe method in 3% H2-N2 at 773-1173 K. The results show that CSCV materials with good heat-stability has perfect perovskite phase. Besides, CSCV materials exhibit good chemical compatibility with BaCe0.45Zr0.5Y0.15O3-¿ as electrolyte material in N2, and the open circuit voltage is 0.85 V, the max power density is 50 mW/cm2. Meanwhile, they maintain good chemical stability in H2S atmosphere through XRD analysis. The CSCV sample showed the highest conductivity of 0.21 s/cm at 1173 K, which satisfies the anode catalyst of solid oxide fuel cell and would be a novel sulfur tolerant anode material.
