Abstract
The World Bank, a multi-lateral development bank, has used Ventana´s GroupSystems V on three different occasions in two African countries to gather input on World Bank strategies from a wide variety of stakeholders (government officials, public and private sector, and tribal chiefs). This tool has enabled the World Bank to produce strategies more reflective of stakeholders´ needs in an efficient and cost-effective fashion
