Study on the management of marine industry based on ecosystem

The management for ecosystem has become the development trend of marine industry management, this article analyzes the effect of marine industry on marine ecosystem including excess fishing´s directly leading the decrease and extinction of population, marine pollution´s leading deterioration of specie inhabitation environment, sea-closure and filling engineering´s leading the damage of marine ecosystem and etc; the article shows the law framework, international organizations relevant countries´ practice and main measures of international ecosystem of marine industry management and points out China´s problem in this aspect. This article draws the path of how does China´s marine industry management to apply ecosystem approach with foresighted thinking manner from the visual angle of state´s development strategy. This path is: enhance the basis scientific research of marine ecosystem; deploy the rehabilitation work research of marine ecosystem; establish citizens´ participation system of marine ecology protection and establish and perfect the basic framework of relevant law system.
