Abstract :
The wide spread of computers and the Internet makes Internet language an important language phenomenon, which has attracted the attention of linguists both at home and abroad. The development of information technology brings about the popularity of Internet Language. The net speech community promotes information exchange on line, creating a relatively free panel for netizens to express their emotion and exchange ideas. With its scientific language and social condition for its emergence, it takes on certain features.
