Abstract :
The two-stage water evaporative cooling system (TSEC) has advantages of lower energy consumption, lower costs, higher environmental friendly and higher cooling efficiency than the direct water evaporative cooling system (DEC) and the indirect water evaporative cooling system (IEC). The experimental and theoretical analysis in this paper results show that the TSEC system not only has favorable application prospect in the dry region of the Northwest of China, but also has abroad application in the medium humidity areas. But it is not applicable in the south with large humidity in summer.
