Abstract :
H∞ non-fragile robust control problem of a paper basis weight is studied. It is pointed out that this problem is really a H∞ non-fragile robust performance problem, the problem with both H∞ non-fragile robust stability and H∞ performance requirements. It is also suggested that the design of the non-fragile robust performance can be formulated as a H∞ control problem, if the uncertainty weighting function and the performance weighting function to system are revised appropriately. The H∞ non-fragile robust PI controllers are solved. The results show that the proposed method is efficient and feasible.
