Abstract :
Given a parameterized (by sampling period T) approximate discrete-time model of a sampled bi-linear system and given controller stabilizing bi-linear system and for all T sufficiently small, we present conditions which guarantee that the same controller semi-globally stabilizes the exact discrete-time model of the bi-linear system for sufficiently small sampling periods. The analysis is applicable to a wide range of time-discretization schemes.
