Abstract :
First, this article forms the iron and steel enterprise´s intellectual capital evaluation indicator system through the analysis of the constituent elements of intellectual capital. Second, the article determines the weight of every indicator through the information entropy theory. Third , based on the unascertained mathematics theory, the article sets up a comprehensive evaluation model of the iron and steel enterprise´s intellectual capital so that we can get the result of comprehensive evaluation by the model. Finally, this article gives an example combining the application of the model. This article provides an idea to identify and measure the intellectual capital of enterprise and this will be conducive to the culture of enterprise´s core competencies.
