Study on Safety Risk Management of ATSMS

Concerning about the risks and the current situation of management afterwards in air traffic services management system(here in after called ATSMS), the thesis probes into prevention in advance model of ATSMS security risk management using the theory of early warning management and safety risk management, based on which it draws up the structure and organization of ATSMS security risk management and the running process of risk management and also puts forward specific implementation plans from the aspects of risk identification, risk assessment , risk management operation and so on, then enables ATSMS safety management to change from the post-response model to more proactive beforehand prevention model, keeps air traffic at an acceptable level of safety, and promotes the construction of air traffic safety system.
