  • Abstract
    We propose a new member joining algorithm for wireless mobile video dispatching applications, based on a Distributed Key Generation scheme using bivariate polynomials, that is efficient in computation, simple and flexible in applications. With the proof of security in terms of correctness and secrecy, the proposed algorithm facilitates new player(s) to efficiently get a share of private key so as to join a multi-player group, without resorting to a trusted third party, requiring no exchange of information among players already in the group.
