Abstract :
Slot leakage electromagnetic field is a complex electromagnetic theory problem, and it´s very difficult to exactly describe the distribution of field in analytic way. As a result, the analysis of electromagnetic interference (EMI) becomes the difficult point of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) field. This paper will take the DC motor controller for electric forklift as the experimental circuit board and propose Ant Colony Algorithm (ACA) to establish relationship model between the frequency of slot leakage field and output induced voltage. Compare to traditional BP neural network algorithm, the application of EMI predicting analysis based on ACA has following advantages: fast convergence speed, global optimization, heuristic parameter optimization and higher retrieval efficiency. Therefore this algorithm can improve the accuracy of EMI predicting results.
