Abstract :
In this paper, following work were made: the ground acceleration inputted was determined combined with the acceleration of Wen Country seismic station during Wenchuan Earthquake, and dynamic parameters of dam materials were determined by analogy with the information of large-scaled indoor triaxial experiment of Shuangjiangkou, Changheba, Luding and Nuozhadu projects. Then, a dynamic analysis of dam was made using three-dimension finite element method TSDA. Dynamic water pore pressure and permanent deformation were certified. The results compared well with the monitor data, so it could be concluded that the current seismic theory and calculation method for earth dam are workable.
