Abstract :
The modern information technology revolution is developing vigorously around the whole world. And with that irreversible trend, China´s e-service has improved a lot and has made great progress in both economic and social fields. However, against the background of both new socialist countryside construction and informazation, we can find that serious problems like digital division and transparent bottleneck exist in the process of rural and urban development, regional development and practical information utilization, which may be due to complicated factors such as geographical gap, age and educational differences. And those problems have seriously delayed the construction of rural e-service in China. Based on the theory of e-inclusion and relative methods, after analyzing the existing barriers in China´s informazation process, this paper tries to put forward some useful suggestions to China´s rural e-service construction.
