Abstract
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is widely used in every area, but its standardization, anti-collision algorithm, and system measurement accuracy still need further improving. Systematic study is made in this paper according to the strengths and weaknesses of RFID and its development trend. It also explains the safety of RFID and its strengths over efficient and fast identification algorithm; introduces RFID technology and the combination of internet-of-things, wireless sensors and NFC technologies as well as the application of RFID technology in the fields of retailing, logistics and traffic. Through an aggregate analysis of world manufacturers´ application and study of RFID technology, the writer also points out the development trend of RFID technology in our country.
