More and more textile enterprises have realized that cooperative innovation is a realistic way to improve product values and reduce innovation risks. The essential prerequisite of cooperative innovation include: cooperative innovation organization system, the government\´s support policy, knowledge and information and environment factors, etc. In order to increase the innovation propensity and competitiveness of CTEs, some measures should be considered the most important and remove the obstacles of cooperative innovation.
