Nevertheless, labor-intensive product with low additional value holds a leading post, China textile industry encountered "bottle-neck" of development under the influence of macro-regulation policy, a sharp increase in cost and the financial crisis. More and more textile enterprises have realized that cooperative innovation is a realistic way to improve product values and reduce innovation risks.
