  • Abstract
    3D FEM mathematic model which takes into account adequately the effect of stator magnet partition and rotor bearing is establish for the structure characteristics of submersible motor and solve to get the end leakage reactance curve team which is provided with prevalent applied worthiness in this paper. Simple method of mechanical loss is gained by a combination of basic theory of hydrodynamics and traditional experiential calculation formula of solid bearing shoe, thrust running and rotor bearing. Design method of submersible motor is ameliorated and design precision is enhanced. This method that is very important to improve the design method of this kind of motor proved to be right and feasible by comparison design result with experiment data.
