Abstract :
Image registration is one of key technologies of image fusion, and the level of registration accuracy directly determines the quality of fusion results. Different images and applications have different registration algorithms. According to the characteristics and applications of image to find the appropriate registration algorithm is the key to solve image fusion problem. This paper analyzes the key issues of frequency registration algorithm and puts forward a registration algorithm based on Radial-energy Curve method in frequency domain. Experiments show that the algorithm effectively improve the accuracy and speed of registration, and registration results better meet the image fusion for motion estimation requirements.
