Abstract
It is very important to predict regional logistics scale in order to formulate macroscopic economic policy and promote economic development. In the paper, the correlation of regional logistics scale and economic evelopment is analyzed and the measuring index system is studied. Then the GM(1,1) model is set up according to grey system theory. An actual application of the logistics scale prediction in Henan province is made to illustrate the effectiveness of the model. It is proved that the prediction model is very precise and can be used as a good foundation for quantitative research on logistics industry, and the prediction can offer a reference for the decision making with regards to the program of logistics industry.
