  • Abstract
    At present, Japan software outsourcing in China develops rapidly, through researching and analyzing the status quo of China´s software outsourcing industry, there are now the main problems: most users of foreign-funded enterprises, local small-scale enterprise users, software outsourcing market relatively dispersed, the two premature sides due outsourcing deal, imperfect market environment, etc. So the outsourcing industry to Japan in China are at a coding plant of the primary level, and has the urgent need for becoming the contract dealer of business process outsourcing as a whole to enhance its developments and changes. And then analyze special requests against development tools, Japanese and Japanese style documents in Japanese business. Finally make the following points in favor of China´s software outsourcing business development proposals, such as alliances with overseas companies, software companies to enhance their competitiveness and improve the quality assurance system, solving cross-boundary, cross-cultural communication, shaping the corporate culture.
