Abstract
The problem on natural oscillations of the loaded magnetron oscillating system has been studied on a basis of the full-wave approach. The natural frequencies spectra and loaded Q values have been calculated and analyzed for millimeter-wave magnetrons. Special emphases are given to the modes with abnormally small losses. Promising ways of magnetron development are discussed.
