Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to explore a model to reflect employee´s job performance of coal enterprises, and then pose seven research hypothesizes about the relationships among the main factors and confirm them with structural equation model (SEM) .The existing researches mainly focus on the job performance of general employees without distinguishing trades. In this paper, employees of coal enterprises are selected as the research object. Five major factors are extracted from twenty eight indicators to reflect employee´s job performance of coal enterprises. Combining with previous theories and research result, the five factors are referred to as task performance, learning performance, innovative performance, safety performance and contextual performance. Six of the research hypothesizes are supported by the empirical data, but one is rejected.
