Abstract :
Taking YTO construction machinery CO.LTD for example, this paper applies SLP (Systematic Layout Planning) and SHA (Systematic Handling Analysis) to optimized design the general layout. After getting the preliminary general layout scheme, it analyses the layout and logistics status of the plant. Through the drawing of Material Flow-Distance Chart and the analysis of the integrated relationship between operation units, it re-adjusts the relative position of each operation unit. Finally the optimization layout scheme is offered and the optimized design of the general layout of YTO construction machinery CO.LTD is completed.
