The article analysis the finite element stress of one concrete gravity dam by software of Ansys. lt compared to the impact of stress of the upstream slope on the dam heel of the two-dimensional and three-dimensional model, in the working conditions and set up anti-seepage curtain row, which give some valuable conclusions for the reference of design.
