A Construction Project Management Approach Based on Partnering Model

Specific to the present opposite relationship existing prevalently between participants in the pattern of construction project management, Partnering pattern can be adopted to promote all parties of project management to form the harmonious cooperative relationship, which is explained through theory and demonstration, and two fields in which Partnering pattern is applied in our country are put forward. This paper demonstrated that Partnering in construction projects have widely suitable space and important value.
