The infrastructure owners requirements

The purpose of the talk is to give the audience an insight into the infrastructure owners perception of RCM to date. It is also intended to give an understanding of the different customers and their needs and challenges within the infrastructure owners organisation. Finally it endeavours to encourage the wider community involved in the research and development of RCM systems, to meet those needs and challenges.
