Abstract :
This paper first introduces the working principle of the hydraulic system on the loader, followed by a detailed analysis of reasons for the energy loss caused by its moving arm working process of hydraulic system, and thus anglicizing the pressure loss of the original system, especially the throttling losses when the oil go through the reversing valve, and puts forward some system improvements for the energy loss of the original system. By the analysis of energy loss on the new system, it is found that the new system lost much less pressure than the original system when moving arm down, but also come to improve the reliability of the system through the analysis of the rate of descend.
