Abstract

Quickly finding the physical locations of one or more replicas of desired data based on logical replica name is the foundation to implementing grid data access efficiently. A replica location method based on direct index linked lists is proposed based on the analysis of recent condition in replica location. The distributed replica location can be quickly implemented by using the direct index location node, the main replica linked lists and local location information in the method. It can achieve good scalability and ease of implementation.
