Title :
Web services for integrated remote condition monitoring
Abstract :
This paper outlines the motivation for the use of semantic Web-enabled Web services (SWWS) technology for integrated remote condition monitoring of railway infrastructure and train operations. We demonstrate a typical implementation of a proof of concept system, in the form of an RCM Web portal, for predictive maintenance of railway signalling assets.
