Abstract
At present, China´s software outsourcing has become an important direction of software industry. Undertaking international software outsourcing benefits the growth of software enterprises of China. As we all known, Software enterprises are knowledge-intensive companies. Uncoded Knowledge management, especially the Uncoded knowledge Transfer management, is considered as the key factors which influence the success of software outsourcing project. On the basis of Uncoded knowledge Transfer literature study this paper analyzes software outsourcing enterprise Uncoded knowledge Transfer in the implementation process and effect combined with the practical software outsourcing enterprise case. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions to software outsourcing business.
