Abstract :
In this paper, the framework and characteristics of Tibetan information exchange platform on Internet is described. The method of design and implementation for Tibetan information exchange platform is proposed. The system has five parts: Tibetan information system interface, Tibetan IME (input method editors), Tibetan information coded character set and Tibetan TTF, as well as Tibetan information system installation. The design theory for four modules has been described, and the Tibetan information exchange platform has been realized. Tibetan Web server have been created.
