Abstract

In recent year, vehicle rapid develop become a serial of problem in city. Vehicle violation actions cause traffic jam seriously. The stop action in inhibit area has hider the traffic seriously. In traditional, the violation action is detect by supervise. This mode wastes hug human resource. How to detect and capture the violation action becomes a urgent task. In this paper, a new video detect and capture system is established. The system construct based on surveillance cameras. The system can detect the violate vehicle. The control device can control the surveillance cameras to zoom to capture a clear license plate.
