Electricity sector decision making in China

This paper describes the current change trend of the decision making structure system of the Chinese electricity sector, strategic decision making plans for the future development of China´s electric power industry, the focus issues of current reform, the efforts to strictly implement scientific decision making procedure and some newly issued laws, regulations and their influence on the decision making.
