Abstract
We propose and experimentally demonstrate the first THz-bandwidth on-chip fractional Hilbert transformer based on an integrated phase-shifted waveguide Bragg grating on silicon. Experimental results show an error of only 0.24 % at 940 GHz bandwidth.
