Abstract :
Most often more and more citizens need the possibility to exploit free Wi-Fi service available in public area. The reliable broadband network called Lepida, working in Italian Emilia-Romagna region, and the availability of a federated service of authentication have made possible to accomplish this necessity. Furthermore a new walled garden fully configurable by the Public Administrations and able to show information correlated to the geographical area where the Wi-Fi access points are located has been implemented and tested.
