Abstract :
How to find and choose the appropriate service quickly and accurately is a hot issue in Web service research. In order to solve this problem, by analyzing the user, get conclusion that user´s need are different and diversity, and if we provide the user with the service according to their preference will increase the user satisfy degree. This article presents a semantic Web service discovery method based on the user preference and QoS. The method has three layers matching strategy which user can choose the QoS attributes and set the weight to realize the user personalized choices. Experimental results showed that this method is able to improve the efficiency and ensure the QoS.
