Abstract :
The aim of this paper is to evaluate the spatial variability of meteo-marine phenomena by analyzing the time series of the data recorded by a network of deep-water buoys. In this way, it is possible to find the optimum position for this kind of network, in order to guarantee reliable information on the meteo-marine situation for the entire area encompassing the buoy network itself
