Abstract
In order to design an enterprise´s own supply chain, the portfolio decision-making model for supply chain partners is proposed based on polychromatic sets and fuzzy evaluation. First, the evaluation value of the supply chain members is given, Then, to avoid factor´s non-balance evaluation problem of the fuzzy evaluation, supply chain members collaborative relationship is qualitatively chosen according to the supply chain management model, Finally, in the portfolio selection phase of the supply chain partners, from the relationship of the roles and cooperation between partners in the supply chain, the coordination of supply chain is achieved by assigning to different variables for partners. And a case is given to illustrate the detailed process of using this method to make a rational relationship of supply chain.
