Abstract :
This paper determined the risk factors and risk index of enterprise R&D alliance, and according to the AHP method, determined the index weight, constructed the risk assessment model that based on SPA (Set Pair Analysis), provided the basis for evaluating risk level of alliance and risk prevention.
