Abstract

With the development of informationization, network and the enterprises, the information system plays a crucial role in enhancing the sustainable competitive advantages of the enterprises in the MIE environment. In this paper, by the concept of information system, the author conducted a deep research on the whole process of the information system, and proposed the definition of information capacity in the information system and established the three-dimension evaluation model based on the adaptability of information system.
