Abstract :
We experimentally demonstrate a full-duplex OOK-Downlink/WiFi OFDM-Uplink RSOA-based radio-over-fiber system. Properly adjusting the OOK downlink modulation index leverages the modulation erasing in RSOA and enables in-band OFDM-UL transmission over 40 km of single mode fiber.
