  • Abstract
    A simple fabrication approach of replicating nanoscale patterns with 300-nm periods on thermoplastic polymethyl methacrylate substrates using thermal nano-imprint lithography is reported. The resonant structures hold potential application in light trapping for thin-film solar cells.
