Risk Management of Social Public Security Video Surveillance Project Based on Life Cycle Theory

This paper analyzes the characters of social public security video surveillance project in China and creates a life cycle risk management model of social public security video surveillance construction project based on dynamic life cycle risk management theory. With comprehensive analysis and identification to the risk factors of such projects, it provides a basic risk identification table. Finally the paper gives the solutions to the risk of the project by giving the case.
