Abstract :
A new thermodynamic calculation method of platen superheater is proposed. Base on the method a numerical calculation program is complied in this paper. Compared with the thermodynamic calculation standard method, the new method is stricter. Each tube of platen superheater is discrete into small units, then the thermal loading of those units is calculated with the sequence as the flowing of steam in the tube, thus the temperatures of the units can be acquired. Two-dimensional discrete of flue gas temperature on the outlet section of the platen superheater is used as the initial condition; the factors affecting the temperature of units are more comprehensively and meticulously described. Based on the method, the tube wall temperature can be easily and accurately acquired by computer program.
