Abstract :
The thesis falls into eight parts. The first and the second parts state the strategic meaning and the purposes of knowledge management for electric power enterprises. The third and the fourth parts discuss the three elements and the theoretical model of knowledge management, and the conceptual model of a knowledge management technique system. The fifth part proposes the classification of electric power enterprise organization knowledge. The sixth part presents the construction of a system model of knowledge management in electric power enterprises, which includes the three parts of a system model of knowledge management in electric power enterprises, an information system total framework based on knowledge management in electric power enterprises and an electric power enterprise public information platform. Finally, the construction steps and the realizing model of a knowledge warehouse in electric power enterprises are proposed.
