Abstract
With the rapid growth of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system, Real time performance is a key point of RFID middleware researching in these years. In order to improve capability of real time performance of RFID middleware, this paper presents a Real Time Main Memory Database (RT-MMDB) model for RFID middleware according to the characteristics of RFID data. Besides, some key methods to implement the modules and testing the application in a real scenario are also discussed.
