Research on enterprise environment sound technology innovation policy system

Many studies pointed out that the government should play the guiding role in environmental protection, in fact, enterprises, as the subject of economic activity, especially industrial enterprises, its initiative in the process of environmental technology innovation has a direct impact on environmental technology innovation and application. This paper firstly analyzed the impact of different environment regulatory and policy tools on environmental technology innovation; secondly, the paper analyzed the environmental policy system in America and European countries and the inadequacies of China´s environmental policy system; finally, the paper proposed the policies and measures prompting China´s enterprise environment technology innovation.
