Abstract
In this paper we domonstrate a probe filtered phase retrieval (PR) algorithm applied to reflector antenna near-field measured data at 94 GHz to prvide far-field patterns. It is shown that the phase retrived far-fields are more consistent than those obtain with phase data which give variable low sidelobe estimations. Phaseless antenna measurements have reached a stage of maturity such that this paper will provide some guidance for practising antenna engineers. one-dimensional (I-D) simulation model, gidelines for the choice of measurement parameters and sampling probe. The convergence behaviour of the I-D model compares well with 2-D data measured sets from a 0.26m diametr Cassegrain reflector measured at 94 GHz.
