Abstract :
The correlative theory and platform of GIS regarding the ArcGIS software is used, and the sand liquefaction classify prediction of research regional area is analyzed. The sand liquefaction problem is a complex systemic work, is still a important research direction for Geotechnical Engineering. In engineering reconnaissance, it is unscientific to evaluate the sand liquefaction under the limited investigation information in large region. Thus, based on GIS, the method safety coefficient of liquefaction is proposed, so it provides a feasible effective way for sand liquefaction distinction in large region based on limited information.
