Abstract :
The characteristic of transient response is an important parameter for ultrasonic motors. The transient response measuring system is mostly composed of ARM and a photoelectric encoder and a digital oscilloscope. The design principle and structure of the measuring system and the realization of process are introduced. The validity of the test system is verified through the testing results.
